Dr. Grover is the founder of Blue Bell Eye Care & Surgery, P.C. 

He is a board certified ophthalmic physician and surgeon, who has been in practice since 2010.  He specializes in routine and complex “no stitch” cataract surgery, detection and management of glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and neuro-ophthalmic disorders.
